SUPERPOWORM Factory
Spread over one hundred ten thousand sqaure feet (one hectare), the Super Poworm Factory of KEIL Co., Ltd. is the only automated smart farm in Korea for breeding mealworms, with a capacity of 2,000 tons.
Its mass farming technology has a competitive edge over that of leading companies in Europe and the
United States.
The factory’s annual production volume is expected to satisfy domestic demand, while the production volume at the currently planned 10,000 tons overseas production facility is expected to meet the global demand.
KEIL aims to supply over 15,000 tons of material per year by 2025.

Built with a system optimized for automated mealworm breeding, the Smart Factory of KEIL Co., Ltd.
operates through a series of single line processes including breeding, sorting, washing, and drying.
