Melaowrm oil is evaluated as a high-quality oil containing over 75% un-saturated fatty acids such as oleic acid,
linoleic acid, and linolenic acid. It can be consumed fresh or as a salad dressing, or applied to various menus such as a simple fried dish or white fish dish.
Un-saturated fatty acid found in abundance in mealworm oil lowers the cholesterol level in the body and effectively prevents cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis.
